Breathwork and halo therapy are a powerful combination.

Breathwork refers to breathing techniques that intentionally channel and focus on the breath, calming the body and mind.  A certified coach will guide you through breathing exercises that help remove physical and mental roadblocks.  Breathwork helps to improve:

Mental clarity

General happiness


Breathwork sessions take place in our halo room, where you will experience even more benefits, cleansing the lungs, detoxifying the body, and purifying skin.


About Darla Swanson, Certified Breath Coach


Darla Swanson of Organized Mind (OM) works as a wellness coach, helping people reduce & manage stress. In wellness coaching, she uses three scientifically proven tools – breathwork, expressive writing, and nature connection. 


With 30 years of collective experience, Darla offers education and practical application behind everything she teaches. She is a certified Yoga Breathing Coach (YOGABODY®) with continuing education in the Science of Wellness through Yale University. Darla holds a BA in Creative Writing from the University of Minnesota and is an Ecotherapeutic Nature Guide (EcoNova) and MN Master Naturalist (U of MN).
