What is included in this offer?

One red light therapy session and one whole body vibration session.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

On your first visit to Elevate Wellness for this FREE OFFER, you will complete an intake form. Our knowledgable staff will then give you instructions and answer any questions about red light therapy and whole body vibration. You will experience a red light therapy session in our premier red light therapy bed. The red light  treats your whole body, head to toe in 12 minutes. After red light, you will experience our whole body vibration therapy for 20 minutes. We will supply you with a bottle of water, as it is important to stay hydrated throughout the day of your treatment.

How long will my appointment take?

45 minutes

What should I wear to my appointment?

No special clothing is required. We recommend exposing as much skin as possible during the red light session to experience the maximum benefit.

You can wear regular clothing or athletic wear for the whole body vibration.

Are there any contraindications?

Red light is generally safe. Red light is not recommended if you are pregnant, taking any medications that cause photosensitivity to light, or if you are undergoing chemotherapy for an aggressive form of cancer. Whole body vibration is not recommended for people with seizure disorders.  For concerns about specific medical conditions, please consult with your doctor first.

What are the benefits to whole body vibration?

Whole body vibration after red light therapy is important to help maximize the weight loss benefits of red light therapy.  Whole body vibration helps to increase blood flow, reduce body fat, and strengthen muscle.

What appointment times are available?

Appointment times are available Monday through Thursdays between 9:00 am and 5:00 p.m. and Fridays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
